The WandererAstro WandererBox Pro V3 is a lightweight industrial-grade 9-channel powered USB 3.1 & 2.0 hub with 10 DC power outputs. With a combined total of 18A, the WandererBox Pro V3 can power your mount, cameras and other accessories with ease.
Six USB 2.0 HighSpeed ports and three USB 3.1 SuperSpeed ports can provide a total of 6A at 5V, enough to supply power to mounts, cooled cameras, autofocusers and filter wheels. All USB ports can be remotely switched on/off in groups of 3+3 for the USB 2.0 ports and individually for each USB 3.1 port. A 19V output with a peak power supply of 120W, the WandererBox Pro V3 can even power mini-PCs such as Intel NUCs.
Each USB port is equipped with ESD surge protection for safe usage in very dry climates where static discharges can be an issue. The built-in 12V - 5V step-down module provides continuous current up to 6A, with a self-recovery fuse to prevent overcurrent.
Ten 12V DC output ports are available, with an additional 19V 6A output port for mini-PCs. The 5 - 13.2V regulator manages input voltage changes and ensures a stable power supply to your camera. Port 3 features PWM output for control of dew heaters. The built-in power sensor allows realtime visual monitoring of input voltage and current draw. Indicator lights show the status of each group of power section. Check out the table below for details on each port's capabilities.
Included is an environmental sensor and 3 x temperature probes which allow you to monitor the dew point and control your dew heaters automatically. The WandererBox Pro software gives you complete control over power management, USB device properties, dew heaters, and more.
The WandererBox Pro V3 weighs only 350 grams. The CNC-machined aluminium alloy body features 2 x threaded M6 and 4 x threaded M4 holes for simple installation onto dovetail bars. Powerful heat dissipation is provided by a silent magnetic cooling fan which produces almost zero vibration.
