MORAVIAN C3 CAMERAS

Moravian C3 cameras employ the latest generation of back-illuminated Sony APS and Full-Frame (24 × 36 mm) CMOS sensors as found in their compact C1x series, offering exceptional quantum efficiency  and very low dark current. Combined with native 16-bit digitization and perfectly linear response to light, these cameras are suitable for both serious astrophotography as well as professional astronomical research.

The larger body of the C3 series allows for advanced cooling, mechanical shutters and internal filter wheels, along with compatibility with external filter wheels. C3 cameras are available with either consumer-grade sensors for general astrophotography or industrial-grade sensors more suitable for remote installations.
