The PLUS tube rings from Prima Luce Lab are a perfect match to securely mount your ZWO cooled deep sky cameras when using a camera lens that doesn't have a traditional dovetail mounting system. Available with either 80mm rings or 90mm rings to suit small and large ASI cameras - see below.

Note: 140mm Vixen bar or screws to attach the ring to a bar are not included. The bar shown in the photographs is for illustrative purposes only. The rings are threaded for M6 screws.

For the 80mm ring only: a guide scope can easily be attached to the side of the 80mm ring with Prima Luce Lab's DX Finder Base. The 90mm ring does not have any side mounting holes for this.

 

Each component of the PLUS system is carved from aluminium blocks with CNC machines. Then, the aluminium is sandblasted to achieve a very smooth surface finish and it is anodized (hard anodizing) to increase the hardness of the material and to protect it from oxidation.

 

80mm Ring (small) is compatible with small-bodied cooled ZWO ASI cameras - ASI1600 Pro, ASI183 Pro, ASI533MC Pro, ASI294 Pro.



90mm Ring (large) is compatible with APS-C and full frame ZWO ASI cameras - ASI2600 Pro, ASI2400 Pro, ASI6200 Pro. Not compatible with the 071MC Pro.




Be sure not to overtighten the ring's bolts or else the camera may be damaged.
