Moravian C1x cameras employ the latest generation of back-illuminated Sony APS and Full-Frame (24 × 36 mm) CMOS sensors, offering exceptional quantum efficiency  and very low dark current. Combined with native 16-bit digitization and perfectly linear response to light, these cameras are suitable for both serious astrophotography as well as professional astronomical research.

C1x cameras are available with either consumer-grade sensors for general astrophotography or industrial-grade sensors more suitable for remote installations.
