MGBOX V2 GPS USB WEATHER STATION

The Astromi.ch MGBox V2 is a small, lightweight GPS weather station that provides positional information, barometric pressure, temperature, humidity and dew point information with superb accuracy. 

The MGBox V2 can be used as a stand alone device using the included USB cable for easy connection to your computer, providing environmental and GPS data. Using the optional ASCOM local server driver allows you to relay this information to other applications through the Ascom Observing Conditions specification.

The MGBox V2 is also fully compatible with 10 Micron mounts and can be connected directly to them. 

New features of the V2 version include:

• ATMega2560V Processor for increased resources, driven by an external 8Mhz resonator
• Red LED’s instead of green ones
• Make use of 1PPS signal from GPS in the 10Micron specific firmware for increased time sync accuracy
• Rebootable GPS-Module
