TOUPTEK ATR 294M PRO COOLED CAMERA [MONO]

The ToupTek ATR294M PRO Mono is a cooled astronomy camera using the Sony IMX492 back-illuminated CMOS sensor. With a quantum efficiency of >80%, read noise as low as 1.42e- (in HCG mode) and large 4.63µm pixels, the ATR294M is an excellent deep sky camera for medium-long focal length telescopes.

The camera features relatively large 4.63µm pixels and a resolution of 10.3MP. The large full-well capacity of 66ke- means you can capture faint targets without overexposing stars. The ATR294M is equipped with 5Gbps USB 3.0 connectivity and 512MB of DDR3 memory resulting in fast transfer speeds and reliability.

In the above graphs across the bottom row there are two sets of values: the top set is the gain value the user can set in software. This is linear, meaning the brightness at gain 200 is twice that of gain 100. The second line denotes the sensor gain in dB according to the bottom formula.

The ATR294M features a built-in dew heater around the protective window with 4 levels of adjustable heating power. The camera includes an integrated two port USB 2.0 hub, allowing you to connect guide cameras, electronic focusers, filter wheels and other accessories.
