BAADER HYPERION 68° EYEPIECE 10mm

The Baader Hyperion 68° 10mm Modular eyepiece uses high quality Phantom group-coatings for maximum contrast and zero internal reflections. The Hyperion range of multi-function eyepieces feature a modular design with the ability to change the focal length via extension rings. 

Both 1.25" and 2" barrels are included, with the 1.25" barrel able to be unscrewed to add fine tuning rings. Because this section contains the first group of lenses, changing the spacing allows you to change the focal length. Each barrel is threaded for connection of all standard 1.25" and 2" filters. The M43-Video-Photo thread for afocal and classical projection photography, permits optional adaptation of practically any camera with optional accessories.

Baader Hyperion eyepieces provide a wide 68° apparent field, sharp field stops and excellent ergonomics for comfortable observing. Baader's Phantom Group coating is a 7-layer broadband anti-reflective coating with extremely low residual reflection. Each group of lenses has this coating applied. The coating has been optimized so that they are most effective where the human eye has its greatest sensitivity at night, at around 520nm.
